Speaking at the recent IAALD Africa conference, TEEAL Project Director Jaron Porciello explains the new pricing policy for TEEAL. The Essential Electronic Agricultural Library - TEEAL - is a full-text digital library of 149 agricultural journals made available at low cost to universities, agricultural research organizations and government ministries in eligible low-income countries. She also outlines a CTA-supported initiative to make TEEAL available to institutions in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific.
